Hey Makeup Junkies how are you all doing? So as you no iv been doing a 30 day health challenge and failing miserably but the one thing i have stuck at is my Cucumber, Lemon and mint water it is a great detox for your body which helps with your skin and weight loss and ladys its time to start getting bikini ready and this little gem is so simple to make and tastes really good as well (bonus)
So if you guys want to learn how to make this bad boy please keep reading
Ok so first of you will need a jug of room temperature water the warmer the better as warm water soaks up all the nutrients in the fruit better than cold water.
Secondly start slicing your cucumber and lemon i used half a cucumber and a full lemon. After that is done throw all the slices into the jug of water and mix with a spoon just to really get the flavour out and don't forget the mint leafs in next.
Allow drink to sit for 15 minutes to soak up all the nutrients then you may chill in the fridge till as cold as you like.
