hey makeup junkies, so starting tomorrow im going to do a “30 day health challenge” and have decided to post it on my blog so it will hopefully keep me motivated to do it so got to kick the lazy Dani out and let the awesome fitness goddess in (i really hope there is a fitness loving Dani) so here are the goals i have set for myself.
Wake up every morning at 9 am
9:30 walk dog for one hour
NO snaking on junk food (help)
Eat 3 meals a day (big breakfast, lunch,dinner)
No eating after 7pm
Drink water (at least 8 cups)
5 pieces of fruit/veg a day
wash, cleanse and moisturise morning/night
exfoliate lips every morning
1 hour yoga a day
Squats, core work, crunches a day (god help me)
stretch daily
20 push ups (I'm going to die)
blog or tweet everyday
bed early (11pm)
smile and laugh more
so that is my challenge im nervous and excited all in one so lets see how well i can do so if you guys want to keep track of how im getting on follow me on twitter @MsSparkeyxx and feel free to join in we can motivate each other :D

This is such a great little challenge! This will be difficult at the beginning but I believe that you will succeed in achieving your goals! I wish you all the best in this! It really is a good thing! Yet something too challenging for me to do! xx
